Download documents - ensure documentation is present and valid, including renaming of documents
Create leads and convert to opportunities
Push to funder application - ensure all details are accurate
Submit application to funder
Send credit guides if applicable
Management of valuation orders
Issue invoices
Order valuations
Follow up
Generate credit reports and complete title searches
Complete KYC - IDYou or IDKit
Complete application forms and sending for signatures
Complete funding table and servicing calculator
Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
Credit assessment - assessing applications prior to submission to credit analyst for review
Complete risk and fraud assessments
Review credit limits in line with 360 MMS policies and procedures
Recommend for approval / decline
Complete cover sheets
Dealing with underwriter information requests and queries
Issue formal approval or decline letter
Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries
Ad hoc tasks as necessary
Guide junior assessors and pre-assessment team if required
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields
Minimum 2 years of strong credit experience
Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively for fast-paced work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
Strong understanding of credit policy
Strong problem-solving, mathematical, comprehension and analytical skills
Independent in decision making
Effective communicator and customer eccentric skills
