Software finance for Australian and NZ businesses
Finance for business software, including SaaS: software you subscribe to and use online, such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or Xero. We turn large software, subscription and set-up costs into monthly payments, so your project can start without a large upfront payment.
Buying technology for your business? You're in the right place.
Software vendor, SI or AE? Partner with 360 SaaSFin →What we finance
Growth shouldn't wait for next year's budget. We help your business adopt the technology it needs now, with payments spread over the life of the project.
Talk to us while you plan, so you know the funding options before you commit to delivery.
We understand subscriptions, implementation milestones and multi-platform transformation programs.
Combine licences, cloud platforms, integrations and implementation services into one facility.
Startups often sell equity to raise capital. Financing your software and technology costs lets you spread them into monthly payments without diluting your ownership, subject to assessment.
Add users, modules and new platforms as you grow, and talk to us about funding upgrades, renewals and expansions.
Need asset or property finance as well? The wider 360 group, including 360 Asset Finance and 360 MMS, can help.

We run on Salesforce too
The 360 group, including 360 SaaSFin, uses Salesforce across its four brands. Salesforce has published our story.
How it works
01
Share the software, services, and investment you need to fund. We cover SaaS licences, implementation, managed services, and more.
02
Design a monthly payment structure that fits your project and cash flow, subject to assessment.
03
Vendor and partner are paid. Implementation begins. You pay monthly, in line with the value your software delivers.
04
No large upfront payment. Your project moves forward while working capital stays available for the rest of the business.
How we help
Avoid “next quarter” delays with flexible, Opex-friendly funding that can sit outside the capital budget cycle.
Turn major transformation costs into predictable monthly payments, making full-stack adoption easier to approve.
Fund licences, services, integrations, AI readiness, migrations and expansion, all in one consolidated payment plan.
About 360 SaaSFin
360 SaaSFin didn't start in a finance department. It started on the sidelines, watching SaaS vendors, cloud platforms and Systems Integrators build genuinely good tech, then watch the deal stall anyway. Not because the technology was wrong. Because the funding model was built for a different era of buying software.
We're part of the 360 MMS group, ANZ's specialist tech-finance partner. Years spent working alongside SaaS vendors, cloud platforms and Systems Integrators across the region showed us the same story on repeat: strong pipeline, a customer ready to go, technology proven, and then a budget cycle that had nothing to do with how modern software actually gets bought or delivered. So we built 360 SaaSFin to close that gap.
Salesforce, AI platforms, multi-cloud expansions, whatever's next on the roadmap, we bring the financial flexibility to get it moving now, not next quarter.

Common questions
How long does a funding decision take?
→
It depends on the project, the documents provided and the funder. Tell us about the project early and we'll give you an expected timeframe.
Is this a loan, and does it affect equity?
→
Our funding is flexible, non-dilutive and Opex-friendly, designed to sit alongside your existing budget rather than take equity or add rigid loan terms.
What can be funded?
→
Licences, cloud platforms, SI services, integrations and managed services, funded together in one plan rather than piecemeal.
What is SaaS?
→
SaaS stands for software as a service. It is software your business pays for by subscription and uses over the internet, rather than buying it once and installing it on your own computers. Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and Xero are common examples. Getting started often also involves set-up, data migration and training costs, which can be financed together with the subscription, subject to the lender's assessment.
What is software financing?
→
Software financing lets a business spread the cost of software, SaaS subscriptions, implementation and integration services into regular payments, instead of paying a large amount upfront. 360 SaaSFin arranges software financing for eligible businesses in Australia and New Zealand, subject to the lender's assessment.
Where do you operate?
→
We're licensed and operating across Australia and New Zealand.
