How 360 Private loans work

Development partners reviewing floor plans around a table

Business purposes only

Every borrower signs a business purpose declaration. 360 Private loans aren't for personal, domestic or household purposes, and they aren't regulated by the National Credit Code.

Quoted deal by deal

There's no standard rate sheet. Each loan is quoted and approved individually, based on the project, the security, the borrowers and how the loan will be repaid.

Interest-only or capitalised interest

These loans are usually repaid from the sale or refinance of the property, so a clear exit plan matters from the start.

A close look at the project

For development, the lender reviews the plans and approvals, the builder, the budget and the expected end value before making an offer.

360 Private FAQs

Is 360 Private regulated consumer credit?

→

No. 360 Private loans are for business purposes, or investment in non-residential property, only. They aren't regulated by the National Credit Code, and every borrower signs a business purpose declaration.

Is there a rate sheet for 360 Private?

→

No. Each loan is quoted and approved individually, based on the project, the security, the borrowers and the exit plan. Fees and charges apply.

Can a first-time developer apply?

→

Some projects from first-time developers can be considered, with the right builder, project team and plan. Every application is assessed on its circumstances and lending criteria.

How do I get started?

→

Talk to your broker or our team about the project. Share the details: the property, plans and approvals, costs, timeline and how the loan will be repaid. We'll talk you through the structure and quote the loan. Then it's application, valuation and approval, subject to the lender's assessment, and settlement, with staged drawdowns for construction.

Can I use 360 Private to buy my own home?

→

No. 360 Private is for business purposes only. If you're buying or refinancing a home, see our residential home loans.
